Zontes Motorcycles has launched the ZT125-G1 in Nepal, expanding its 125cc motorcycle lineup with a scrambler-inspired model. The motorcycle is distributed in Nepal by Iron Monk Nepal Pvt. Ltd., with prices starting at Rs 4.40 lakh.
The ZT125-G1 is available in four variants in Nepal. The Urban Scrambler is priced at Rs 4.40 lakh, while the Urban Scrambler Legacy Edition costs Rs 4.60 lakh. The Scrambler Tourer Matte Blue is priced at Rs 4.90 lakh, and the Scrambler Tourer Legacy Edition costs Rs 5.10 lakh.

The motorcycle is powered by a 124.7cc, single-cylinder, liquid-cooled engine with a four-valve SOHC setup. It produces 14.5 bhp at 8,500 rpm and 13 Nm of peak torque at 7,000 rpm. The engine is paired with a six-speed transmission with assist-slip clutch and uses Bosch fuel injection.
The ZT125-G1 measures 1,976mm in length, 870mm in width and 1,112mm in height, with a wheelbase of 1,365mm. It has a seat height of 795mm and 204mm of ground clearance. The motorcycle has a dry weight of 127 kg and gets a 20-litre fuel tank.

The motorcycle rides on 17-inch wheels, with a 110/70-17 front tyre and 130/70-17 rear tyre. Braking is handled by disc brakes at both ends, supported by dual-channel Bosch ABS. The suspension setup includes a centrally mounted rear monoshock.

The ZT125-G1 also features LED lighting and a digital LCD instrument cluster. It gets a dual USB charging port, electronic seat lock and tubeless tyres. The motorcycle uses a high-strength steel frame and an aluminium alloy swingarm.

Zontes has equipped the motorcycle with an aluminium cylinder and a stainless-steel exhaust system. The 125cc engine also gets a slipper clutch, a feature more commonly associated with larger-capacity motorcycles.

With the ZT125-G1, Zontes has introduced a 125cc motorcycle in Nepal with a six-speed gearbox, dual-channel ABS, liquid cooling and a 20-litre fuel tank. The model is priced between Rs 4.40 lakh and Rs 5.10 lakh, depending on the variant.
